Return Requirements

All rented props and equipment from Cozyatelieror must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time specified in your rental agreement.

Return Process

Returns can be made in person at our location or through our pickup service. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a pickup. All items will be inspected upon return.

Late Returns

Late returns are subject to additional fees. The daily rental rate will continue to apply for each day the items are not returned. We recommend returning items on time to avoid additional charges.

Damage and Loss

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly. Lost or stolen items will be charged at their replacement value. Basic insurance is included with all rentals, and additional coverage options are available.

Cleaning Requirements

Items should be returned clean and free of debris. Excessive cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional cleaning fees. Please follow any specific care instructions provided with your rental.

Refund Policy

Refunds for early returns are not available unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. Cancellation refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which requires at least 48 hours notice.
